Am I eligible to receive a booster shot?
If you are 12 years and older and are fully vaccinated, you are eligible for a COVID-19 booster shot.
People who received the Moderna COVID-19 vaccine in their initial series are eligible for a booster six months after their second shot, those who received the Pfizer vaccine are eligible five months after their second shot, and those who got the Johnson & Johnson vaccine are eligible two months after their first shot.

On-site Medical Services, a New Hampshire-based company contracting with the state, has opened four fixed sites, open only for walk-in appointments. The locations are open Monday-Friday 10:00am-7:00pm and Saturday 9:00am-2:00pm.
